for services by Szilvia (Silvie) Alnås at Co-Libri Consulting

Introduction

Welcome to Szilvia (Silvie) Alnås, Co-Libri Consulting’s services. By utilizing our services, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

Services Provided

We offer a variety of services they are available during the time of our engagement, a consultation, consulting services, a course, a workshop, VIP days or any other services purchased.

Location of Provided Service

The services will be provided on-line or on-site, as agreed by the parties, case-by-case.

Changes to Schedule

Any changes to the agreed schedule on the customer’s behalf are to be notified by the customer to Szilvia (Silvie) Alnås as soon as possible, but not later than 24 hours in advance of scheduled date and time.

The parties will then discuss scheduling a new time for tasks, assignments and/or meetings. Late cancellations and changes communicated outside this time frame will not entail rescheduling the tasks and/or meeting. Such will instead be considered completed.

In the event that Szilvia (Silvie) Alnås and Co-Libri Consulting need to reschedule a session, Szilvia (Silvie) Alnås and Co-Libri Consulting shall use reasonable effort to provide flexibility for rescheduling. Should Szilvia (Silvie) Alnås and Co-Libri Consulting fail to provide a suitable new date and time, Szilvia (Silvie) Alnås and Co-Libri Consulting shall as soon as reasonably possible inform the customer and offer the customer the opportunity to as for a refund.

Obligations

Szilvia (Silvie) Alnås and Co-Libri Consulting are responsible for ensuring that the services are conducted in a professional manner in accordance with good practice within the industry. Szilvia (Silvie) Alnås and Co-Libri Consulting do not agree to any commitments that are not expressly stated in this document.

Fees

The fee for our services is agreed upon as per assignment, with applicable taxes. Payment is due as per agreement at the time of booking the services.

Confidentiality

All information shared during our work together is considered confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's explicit consent.

Intellectual Property

The products (reports, materials, etc.) produced by Szilvia (Silvie) Alnås, Co-Libri Consulting, is our intellectual property as per default. However, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use these materials for the purpose of improving your course, speech, training program etc.

Deviation from this has to be stated in the agreement.

Material that we advise in or mentor you for, are your intellectual property.

GDPR and Storing of Personal Data

The Parties agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), and any subsequent amendments, with respect to the collection, processing, storage, and transfer of personal data obtained or processed under this agreement.

Liability

Szilvia (Silvie) Alnås personally or Co-Libri Consulting as a company, are not responsible for any losses or damages that may occur from the implementation or non-implementation of our recommendations. Our services are advisory in nature and the final decision and responsibility lie with the client.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to the agreed official start of any project, to avoid a cancellation fee.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such changes will become effective immediately upon posting.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled by a Swedish court of general jurisdiction and the Gothenburg District Court (Sw. Göteborgs tingsrätt) shall be the court of first instance.

By agreeing to use our consulting service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
